We are honored to exhibit the work of so many Philadelphia area artists.

Juror: Michael Kowbuz

Michael Kowbuz is an artist, teacher, and co-proprietor of Cerulean Arts Gallery & Studio in Philadelphia. He holds an MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and an MA in Community College Teaching from Northern Michigan University, College of Behavioral Sciences, Human Services and Education. He believes that human creativity deserves to be nurtured and has sought roles in which to facilitate that effort as an educator, administrator, and entrepreneur for over 25 years. He makes drawings and paintings and has exhibited both regionally and nationally. His work is about looking at filtered images of the world, whether via reflections, photographs or the fog of memory.
