Learn and practice calming the mind while developing strength, balance and increased flexibility in your body. All levels welcome. Please bring a large towel or yoga mat to class and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

This is an opportunity to work from a nude model and improve your drawing skills. Each session will start with 2-3 minute poses and extend to 20 minutes. This is a monitored class but instruction will be available upon request.
