Tuition includes all model fees.


 


 


In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of drawing the human figure. Once they master the basic principles, they will then learn to apply those principles to oil painting.


 


Lectures and demos are part of the instruction.


 


Materials lists will be given to students upon registration.


 


Jafang Lu


Jafang Lu was born in Taiwan. She received her B.A. degree from the City College of New York University. Upon graduation, she studied with Nelson Shanks. She is currently an instructor at Studio Incamminati.

Artist in Residence - Opening Reception
Cheltenham Center for the Arts will host its first annual Artists in Residence Show opening on Thursday, May 24, 2012 from 5pm-7pm and on view through June 15, 2012. Three resident artists will be displaying their work and installations; Colleen Hammond, painting, Patti Nelson, ceramics and Jennifer Hermann, metals.

Cheltenham Center for the Arts joins with Open Book and continues a new author reading and conversation series, Philly Writes!, Wednesday, May 9, 2012 from 7-8pm. Two authors will read from their novels and tackle family issues within The Bird House, by Kelly Simmons and The Winters in Bloom by Lisa Tucker. $10 adults/ $5 children.
