Have your special event at the Cheltenham Art Center, a beautiful, comfortable and historic building with rotating exhibitions and very reasonable prices. Our two galleries are available for parties, recitals, meetings, performances, and more. Base prices begin at $175 for an event. Dates are filling up!

Cheltenham Center for the Arts is unavailable for rentals during the months of June-August. Please note CCA does not have central air conditioning.

Space Rentals during the months of September - May are available during the following times:
Monday-Saturday: 9am-10pm
Sunday: 1pm-6pm

Large Gallery
• 1456 square feet (28x52)
• Hardwood Floors
• Gallery track lighting
• Capacity of 100 attendees
• Possibility of artwork on walls
• Past rentals have included wedding receptions, meetings, baby/bridal showers, social gatherings, and more.

Small Gallery
• 621 square feet (23x27)
• Capacity of 40 attendees
• Smaller version of Large Gallery

Theater
• Theater rentals only for performances, recitals, film screenings, live music, and lectures.
• 100 seat blackbox

***Please note space rental of the galleries are not available for childrens birthday parties or birthday parties for those under 21. For childrens parties, we offer the Birthday Art Parties with a CCA art instructor.
